How do you sue someone with no insurance, no money, AND is probably still driving with NO LICENSE!!!
I apologize...my comment wasn’t clear. I meant the head of the RMV. Scummy public officials need to be personally held accountable imho.
Fortunately he was on the job at the time. Unfortunately it won’t bring anyone back but sue his employer, Westfield Transport, who let him drive knowing his driving history, and its insurance.
