Quite unsettling, if true.

The NRA has been perhaps the most formidable political action force behind the GOP.

Together with the Evangelical Christian community, the NRA was critical in mobilizing voters in 2016.

Wayne LaPierre seemed to have run a tight ship and I expected Chris Cox to be a worthy successor.
Why was Oliver North put in charge, especially with his less-than-auspicious reputation???

The evidence is clear that Wayne has NOT "run a tight ship"!

He needs to go....NOW!

Oliver North was NOT in it for the power or the money.

North saw improprieties and tried to get Wayne to resolve it.

Wayne can't imagine being accountable.

“Wayne LaPierre seemed to have run a tight ship”

Wayne “Who wears a suit twice?” LaPierre? That Wayne LaPierre?

“According to internal documents leaked to the Wall Street Journal, LaPierre spent $274,695.03 on Zegna clothing from 2004 to 2017. He even ventured into the homebase of his enemies—Hollywood!—to buy his suits at the brand’s Beverly Hills location. On two particularly notable shopping sprees, he spent over $39,000.”

“Mr LaPierre’s expenses have previously been reported on, but this is the first time the specific figures have been revealed, according to the Wall Street Journal. They include $275,000 spent at a suit store, and $265,000 on travel.”
