So did I - and I'm one of the best informed people at Free Republic on the immigration issue.
When I discovered that 80%-90% of the people in the “Mexican Caravans” were getting “Catch and Release,” I went into mild shock.
When I discovered that “Catch and Release” has been USA border policy since the George W. Bush Administration, my heart almost stopped beating.

Less than 400,000 illegal immigrants are actually removed from the USA each year.
That's less than 4% - if you actually believe there are ONLY 11 million illegals in the country.
Like that little minor distinction makes any difference to the Democrats.
