It’s a small country, yet, despite a hostile adversary next door, they have built one of the strongest and largest economies in the world.
Meanwhile, the DMZ is a major tourist attraction. I expected to see a somber, dangerous place with everyone on edge. Instead it’s like a carnival atmosphere, with cuddly cartoon characters, everyone taking selfies.
