More like we would have to move to a new planet as slavery was not created by Americans, but after years of engaging in the sin of slaver, as many other nations did and horrifyingly still do, the U.S. fought a war and abolished slavery.
Our founders were born into slave ownership as many other folks were born into slavery. They were men of their time, not saints from today. <sarcasm)
Exactly. I’m sick and tired of people judging men and women of yesterday by the standards of today.
