One assumes that the blacks that go to jail more frequently for crimes than whites might be for how they react to officers in the first place, or they may have outstanding warrants for other things, or thy have a long histoy of priors and the cops know them by name...
When whites get violent or abusive towards officers, that pretty much guarantees they are getting arrested. The white card dont work when that happens.
