The black community has a problem controlling their own violence - so they pretend it's someone else’s fault. White liberals base their cultural superiority on acceptance of all things ‘black’ and/or criminal. So white liberal elites are ‘in’ on the blaming.
The true victims of this insanity are the decent people who live in black communities and innocent police officers attempting to do their jobs.
The true villains are white liberal elites and black criminals.
