I think they are taking cues from Hannity and Beck.
“Big news later. Roundups of illegals soon. Deportations to begin in two weeks. Can’t tell you right now. Maye later. Very big news coming soon.” and so on.

Oh the face of it, I would say that would only lead to frustration and cause people to really get angry, However, three years in-people seem to still be hanging on every word waiting, waiting, waiting.
