Christine Pelosi warns it's 'quite likely that some of our faves are implicated' in 'horrific' Epstein case
Christine Pelosi, a Democratic National Committee official and daughter of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, warned conspicuously on Saturday evening that it is "quite likely that some of our faves are implicated" in the "horrific" sex-trafficking case against politically connected financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Epstein is due in court following his sudden arrest Saturday in New York on new sex-trafficking charges involving allegations dating to the early 2000s, according to law enforcement officials. He has been accused of paying underage girls for massages and sexually abusing them at his mansion in Palm Beach, Fla., and in New York City. His 72-acre private estate on the Virgin Islands, a home said to be nicknamed "Orgy Island," also has been under scrutiny.
"This Epstein case is horrific and the young women deserve justice," Pelosi tweeted. "It is quite likely that some of our faves are implicated but we must follow the facts and let the chips fall where they may - whether on Republicans or Democrats."

I don’t see it. Trump availed himself to help plaintiffs in 2009 with interviews with their lawyer when no one else would.
If the SDNY wants to use this to go after Trump, there’s just no there there. On the other hand, because the case is older than Trump’s candidacy and possibly implicated Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew, it may be that they try to barrage the media with false implications just to keep the truly salacious materials from being discovered. They will, however, be discovered.
In about 8-10 hours, we’re probably going to know a lot. Epstein’s female pimp was at Chelsea Clinton’s wedding for a reason; Epstein was a prime mover in the Clinton Foundation.

Not much. The judge will set bail and I guess set a date for whatever step is next, and that will be that for tomorrow.
There is NO CHANCE that AG Barr or anyone currently at the top of DOJ would leave Comey’s daughter on the prosecution team if the target was Trump.
It would be a clear conflict with horrible optics. Something that DOJ is very sensitive about right now as there is already a low level of trust among Trump supporters for DOJ given the shenanigans we already know about.
I don’t know how far Barr will go to restore trust in DOJ, but he has gone far enough to indicate something like this would NEVER happen. Can you imagine the level of rage this would create?
Even if the target were not Trump, there would be the suspicion that this would be an effort to shield Bill Clinton, and by extension, Hillary Clinton, since Epstein and Bill were such great friends.
Anything they can tie Trump too will be exploited,remember,everyone lies about sex,who cares it’s their private life,he has to get back to work for the American people
I can only hope that Weiner who was a congressional aide to U.S. Representative Chuck Schumer from 1985 to 1991, some how got Chuck entangled in this mess.
We still don’t have the names of those in Congress that paid out taxpayer’s money to settle sexual harassment cases to the tune of $17 million.
