The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit filed by Maryland and D.C. alleging that President Trump is violating the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution, finding that they did not have the standing to sue the president.
The ruling is a major win for Trump, who has frequently sought to prevent others from reviewing his private financial records.

A case that should never have been heard in a court room. The Constitution is clear on this.
I always thought it was funny to hear liberals parrot back their shock about Trump violating the “emoluments” clause.
It was clear that these people had no idea there is such a clause in the constitution, But if it could be used against Trump, they were all in, even though they don’t even know what “emoluments” means.
Is Pelosi going to ignore this finding too?

POTUS Trump is the only Politician in Washington D.C. who will leave Office with less money than when he arrived.

The individuals subject to fresh subpoena are: Sessions; Rosenstein; Kushner; former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn; former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Rick Dearborn; former White House Chief of Staff John Kelly; former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski; former White House aide Rob Porter; publisher of the National Enquirer David Pecker and chief content officer Dylan Howard; former Stormy Daniels lawyer Keith Davidson; and assistant attorney general for the criminal division Joseph “Jody” Hunt.
