At first glance, that statement might seem racist. But viewed as a comment on a vast ocean of individuals, it makes perfect sense. Individuals are endowed with innumerable degrees of talents and capabilities. Some individuals have few abilities or talents at all.
When a politician proposes the idea of promoting equality for all, they are proposing a utopian goal that can NEVER be accomplished. They will propose laws and spend ship loads of money in their vain “attempt” to achieve equality, but they never succeed in accomplishing their utopian goal, only spending the wealth of the nation and erecting volumes of law and regulations that enables them to control your every move.
Make no mistake, Buttigieg’s utopian proposal for equality is vintage Marxism. He has shown himself to be an evil idealogue. We would forever “need” him in power to accomplish his “lofty and innocent” goals.

Racial disparity is a problem only if it arises for the wrong reasons. Whites benefiting because they have better parents is not a wrong reason. Nor is blacks suffering when they become their own worst enemies (crime, illegitimate kids, undisciplined spending, won’t study in school, unhealthy eating, etc.). Racism can be a problem, but the modern USA, with its black racial preferences, abandoned the old South long ago.

My experience in the business world has been that most AA job holders just plain did not measure up to the standards that others met.
And, worst of all, they were not capable of seeing that, so they felt they were doing a better job and were resentful of being "held back" by management.
I do not know why Butt-gig is constantly referred to as "saner than the rest" of the 'rat candidates. He agrees with them on everything, and the fact that he is a "married homosexual" marks him as probably even more fanatical than the others.

They will rightly think some other “black” person will get a federal subsidy they never got and did not need - meaning some other “black” person is getting a federal boost OVER those “blacks” who never needed it.
2.”invest $25 billion in historically black colleges”
A. That amount is more than twice the total federal direct assistance and loans to students of all “races” for college. B. And what does that have to do with the MAJORITY of “black” college students who do NOT attend the historically black colleges? Zip, zilch, nada.
3.”legalize marijuana, expunge past drug convictions, reduce the prison population by half and pass a new Voting Rights Act to further empower the federal government to ensure voting access.”
None of which directly attack the issues the lead to “black” inequality, beginning with the destruction of the “black” two parent family culture and family culture altogether. Where that culture is sound for “blacks” they do not fall down in achieving the goals they are capable of.
