He didn’t double down, he completely caved. This is a disgrace! The Census is the only thing that matters for apportionment purposes.
Blue state folks can just point the census takers way to the nearest illegals domicile since they’re going to count them as citizens anyway. Don’t help inflate blue state numbers by being counted among the illegals.
