I wonder if this “estimate” of citizens and non-citizens gleaned from the databases of all Federal departments will include names, birthdates, etc., and will the government be able to cross-check those names with voter registrations, which are compiled by the States?

That is where this needs to go or it is just a statistics gathering exercise although I am not knocking getting better stats. The problem with the latter part of your statement involves federal / state jurisdictions but perhaps state RNC can help if they will. The State of California is not going to hand over voter lists to Trump. Somehow the feds need a list of all illegal aliens in this country ... if they don’t already have such a list.
