that is part of the big battle over the census. Democrats know they will lose house seats in blue states to red states.
If this info can't be used to determine House seats, then this news is a big nothing.

No. The SC ruled years ago the illegal aliens are included in the population count and House representation. This would not have changed that at all. It was for informational purposes.
