Behind every financial disaster is not the consumer as the Satanic Left would have people believe. It the the Freaking Federal Government screwing things up. Every time. The FED turned a short-term economic downturn in 1929 into the Great Depression and during W's Admin the idiots in D.C. were at it again as they always are.
