Ryan could have got the wall included in that Omnibus bill, but didn’t. Makes no sense to me.
He also could have convinced enough congressmen to hang on for another term. He didn’t.
No Ryan, I’m sure, was not a Trump fan.
It makes perfect sense when you know that Ryan is a Bush League Republican fully committed to the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA).
Nothing is more important than keeping the borders open and the laws unenforced.
They have no intention of letting US keep our country.

Ryan is a career politician in the worst sense of the term. He never had a job outside of government and retired before fifty with a fat pension. Think about that. Anything having to do with President Trump, a Wall, or a change to the status quo threatened him. Put more simply he is a condescending, unrepentant, unabashed, insidious swamp creature. A leech who wilfully drove his party to loss.
