Some of both is good, publicizing some raids and letting the media spread fear will help convince many to self deport and so will stealth raids that give them the feeling that it can happen at any time.
We need to raise the voting age to something like 30, there is a reason the left wanted it lowered to 18 and now want to lower it to 16.
We should also consider retracting the vote from women, there are differences between men and women that make women more likely to support big government.
Then we need to bar anyone who gets a single penny of government money from voting including the employees of government contractors. (with the exception of the military because they deserve a say in choosing those who will decide whether to send them to kill and die and Social Security {until we can get rid of it} because you are forced to pay into the system)
