The militaries job is protecting the interests of the nation and secure the sovereignty of the nation. OR rates will plummet when half of the platoon is in mental counseling or medical transition thereby robbing resources desperately needed for the troops fitness for fighting. Case in point is females who join for the benefits but seem to get pregnant when a looming deployment arises. Seen that time and time again. On the other hand I have witnessed males claim family hardship or create an accident to avoid deployments. Those who do not move out when orders come down should be discharged. No time for sissies.
