That is, however the effect of it and the SocialDemocrats will be highly pleased with the results if they get this done. I expect Trump to get around it one way or another, though, and frantic House efforts to counter whatever move he makes. Alternatively he will sign it and Iran will attack and he will instantly direct the Navy to eliminate Iran’s military and give the GO to Israel to take out the nukes. Then when the House moves to instantly Impeach, the real confrontation will occur.
