Hate crimes do not exist.
He warranted a conviction on manslaughter but that’s it. What he got was railroaded.

Conservatives must say the same, but also specify who the haters are: commmunists/Marxists/progressives/socialist, class warfare advocates; racial extremists of all types; irrendentists of the Mexican type; imported Islamic hatemongers, anti-semites, Hamas/Fatah/Al Qaeda/ISIS fans like Omar and Tlaib; Castroites like AOC and Colin Crapinmyneck; media racists like Don Lemon and Joy Reid, etc.
America is Americans and future Americans who love this country. Not for those who want to “fundamentally transform it” into a Marxist shithole like Russia/SU, No. Korea, Cuba, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Venezuela, San Francisco/LA./Oakland, Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis and DeBlasio’s “New Yurk”.

Heather Heier weighed 250 pounds and the only visible injury was on her leg, and in the 90 degree heat (also a smoker) died of heart failure. I’m no justifying this clown, but even if it was vehicular manslaughter, 20 years tops! Even the affluensia kid Ethan Couch who killed 4 people was originally handed 10 years’ probation for driving into a crowd of people in his pickup truck while drunk after his defense team argued he was not culpable for his actions because of “affluenza,” or that he wasn’t able to determine right from wrong because of his wealthy upbringing. He got 2 years (180 days, 1 for each of his victims)only when he violated his parole. He needs to get a better prosecutor and sue the stupid bitch that didn’t defend him

They should give that kind of sentence to everyone who kills another person, including the gang members, drug dealers, and illegals..

Even in the OT times there was recognition that accidental deaths occurred and there was provision for the person causing it that they not be killed.
Murder, the deliberate killing of another human being, is a different matter and God established the death penalty for that, but in the cases of accidental death, God provided cities of refuge to which the person could flee for safety.
agreed my comment was general and not intended for the charlottesville driver. I may have done the same. Had to know if he got caught on the street or intended to do harm. Surprised at no police presence at the entrance to that block.
I probably would have done the same. I’m going to risk gunning it and escaping rather than falling into the hands of an angry mob hell bent on violence and destruction.
