Not difficult at all. Obama and the Democrats have been flooding foreigners in, the same way that they shipped in their slaves in the 1800s. Many have flocked and nested together in certain places... in this case, tens of thousands of Somali in Minneapolis MN. (There are now at least 4 significant Somali gangs roaming the streets, including the Somali Hot Boyz and Madhibann With Attitude... and local Somali are already begging the police to stop the rapid rise in violence. Ahem.)
That voting district was more than happy to vote for a fellow Somali thug... this one with a pretty face that could get away with more in American culture than the typical Somali thug.
There are now 80,000+ Somali living in Minneapolis... and the GOP only topped 81,000 votes once in MN-5... ever.
MN-5 belonged to Muslim thug Keith Ellison (of the Democrat-Farmer-Labor Party) for over a decade. The GOP hasn't topped 26% in MN-5 this century.
Even more difficult to understand how the traitorous scum in the Republican party side with, and cover up for, treacherous Anti-American communists in the democrat party. 😠

Certain people will vote for the candidate that shares their melanin content irrespective of their position. Look at the hag rep Pressley wanting brown people to have brown voices, black people to have black voices, etc. Not a peep about American voices. Cram a sleepy district full of Somali “refugees”, don’t be surprised if you end up with the most obnoxious hate-whitey moron they can come up with as their dually elected representative. Fortunately, SCOTUS has recently ruled states can remedy this, or make it worse, by redistricting.
