No doubt about it. If he’s guilty of “causing anxiety of a defendant” by asking a question as they walk toward the courthouse then this is always the case for all journalists and all trials - regardless of “reporting restrictions”, that is irrelevant.
Nobody has ever been to prison for this.
That’s the thing. When you look at the totality of it all, including the prison they sent him to, it becomes obvious just how vindictive the State is being.
If he is killed then the State is guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.
I don’t think many on FR realize the gravity of this situation.
We should do everything to encourage that.

“causing anxiety of a defendant” is a capital offense in the formerly great Britain. It is now ruled by an alien philosophy that encourages pedophilia. Katie Hopkins is right, the state is against the people. They are importing aliens to rape the daughters of the workers. Tommy is actually a moderate. The true radicals are waiting in the wings. If they arrange to have him executed in prison that may be the spark.

I hear you. This is going to become an internal nightmare, I don’t see any good outcomes. If the State is so disconnected from the rest of the UK and believe it’d just blow over if he were killed they’re kidding themselves.
Then there’s the irony...finding him guilty of “causing anxiety” and then sending him to a prison full of Jihadi’s...which aren’t known for restraining themselves.
I’m not sure how that would work. I did call the White House about it. He’s entangled in the UK system and asked for asylum after his verdict which was only days until sentencing.
At this point it’d have to wait until he’s released and even then, this will be saturated in politics.
That said, I’ve never seen a more clear case of political persecution in a western democracy. Maybe he should fly to Mexico and walk in.

And you’re right, Tommy is a moderate, the most smeared person I’ve ever seen. You can watch a video and then watch what the media reports, it’s insane - all of their dirty tricks rolled into one report (ignore certain facts, outright lie, distort the narrative...).
