There doesn’t appear to be a clear Constitutional requirement for the Senate to take up an Impeachment bill from the House.
It’s possible they can table it. The political risks of doing that are not clear.

If DimoRats so much as SCHEDULE A VOTE, Trump should surround the Capitol with tanks. Nobody goes in or out until 100% of the House leadership has resigned.

I will be curious to see how my annoying Democrat congresswoman votes, or if she hides out. Republicans thought they were clever when they did some redistricting to include suburban areas in with city areas. They didn’t count on the stupidity of some suburban women. Now Iowa has only 1 Republican congressman left, and they’re trying to oust him.

I don’t think Ron Paul would go for this circus. He actually approves of things Trump has said about ending the never-ending, futile wars overseas.
