That is the dirty little secret of many of these “non-profits”. The people that staff them make VERY good livings under the guise of social work. And the Federal Government often funds them and their agenda is typically Globalist/Communist.

If the government cleaned up the corruption in “the welfare way of life”...they would have more money than they could imagine. So much corruption.
Its why my economic thinking has evolved to the point where I believe we MUST have a gold-backed currency.
With such, pandering congressmen can not give away things that are not paid for, government can not create massive debt, and the Federal Reserve can not "print" money. An unbacked, printed, centrally-controlled fiat currency IS the main tool of leftist social-engineers.
