Well President Trump will not win New York or California.. I mean those two he could loose by 5 million and still win the Presidential office by the Electoral College!!!
I see a net gain for the President in 2020. Black and “Hispanic” numbers will go up but he still needs to win the Midwest / northeast states again I think
