It’s been obvious all along the Bolton ise attack dog Trump keeps around. After months and months the political geniuses of the Beltway start to figure it out. The “elites” have to be the dumbest bunch in the country.

Axios is Comcast.

I think Swan is a Politico reject. Or some equally offensive publication.

Assuming all this is true, it just makes my awe of Trump as an Alpha Male Leader 100x greater. Reagan got regularly rolled and played by the sinister bookends James Baker and Casper Weinberger. Trump isn't played by anyone on his cabinet, of which he is in firm control. (Jared is another matter, and a concern)

Trump keeps Bolton because Boltin has more talent than the combined total of the clowns that Bubba, his grifting wife and Dorkbama the Muslim eunuch quota baby ever hired.

One of the things this whole mess we’re in brings out in startling clarity is the vapidity of our ivy league institutions. We’re talking about an inept class of oxygen consumers that’s good for nothing except parties with others. The never been challenged with, let alone overcome a challenging problem or been presented with anything other than complete cr*p in university. As for the MSM - there are no words except “they are the enemy and should be treated as one would treat traitors and backstabbers”.

Period.

If Trump is using Bolton as his 'pit bull on a leash' to show troublesome countries they need to fear causing trouble that's not such a bad thing.

As long as Trump can keep Bolton on a leash.

If Bolton (via his neo-con handlers) wormed his way into the administration to provoke conflicts then Trump has made a huge mistake.

Trump doesn’t defer to their titles and positions. He’s in charge - so he ribs them all.

Also, its best to have a little conflict and disagreement below you. You don’t want unanimity in the advice one receives. You want people who give very different opinions.

Trump occasionally flips the good cop, bad cop script with his national security adviser.

Maybe that's what's going on here. I can't see anyone controlling Donald Trump.

"John," Trump asked, "Is Ireland one of those countries you want to invade?"

It must be fun to work for Trump.

Most importantly, Trump recognizes Bolton’s tremendous deep and wide experience in international affairs. His resume is impressive.

Obama kept Valerie Jarrett around, Trump keeps John Bolton around. Which would YOU prefer?

I like that Bolton stood up to Mattis. He saw through his hidden Democrat superior hide and called him on it. I really believe it was Mattis that wrote that cabinet resistance op ed in NYT. Glad Bolton’s voice is in the room.

Actually seems to highlight that President Trump makes the decisions and appreciates the ability to laugh at oneself...if they can’t do it, he’ll laugh at them until they can...my Dad was like that.

Bolton is himself and is not an ass kisser with an agenda. He calls it as he sees it...right or wrong.

Trump appreciates that type of honesty, even if Trump disagrees with the position. He wants to hear it to test the strength of his own position.

Liberals cannot understand this. They do not understand the strength that comes from real diversity of though, rather than diversity of appearance.

Of all the things Axios could write on, they choose this.

Then again Trump is what’s making the media.
