This is what they do.
I’m so confused I don’t know who to hate. I thought only white people could be discriminating bigots - so brown people are racist toward yellow people? Its almost like being comfortable around those you are similar to you is human nature - weird
The tendency to favor ones own is just human nature.
I am curious if Indians take it a step further and only hire Indians from certain castes.
It's called "discrimination" and when evident in the workplace must be pulled out by its root.
40% of the work force in Silicon Valley are foreigners.
Anyone surprised by this has never worked in IT...
Hire the third world, get the third world.
Its not simply “human nature” its systemic racism, and I’ve seen this plenty over the years. India is a 3rd world country with a lot of backward thinking about lots of things.... They bring it with them.
I went for an interview at the auto finance arm of a South Korean auto maker in Orange County, CA. Everyone there was Korean. So yes, Asians have no problem of taking care of their own when in power.
I’ve never been to the Balkans, but even Hillary Clinton had to hide from gunfire there, she says.
Standard H1B problem.
Why very few Whiteys now have jobs in IT.
I had an internet problem so I went to their store just up the street and the guy(from India) does not talk to current customers ,LOL he gave me some phone numbers and when I called some of them you guessed it they were all from India
I got a call from a rep of Infosys if I was interested in a job interview. I politely said no thanks. Indians are like Muslims. On an individual basis I am fine, but no way I am going to work for an organization dominated by them.
I just learned that “Inclusion” really means - Not You
Having spent many years working for Intel in Chandler Folsom and Santa Clara I can say with some confidencee that Intel is Muslim central
I have only had 3 Indian “managers”... one had been here for over 30 years and was a joy to work for... he was a professor who had convinced investment into one of his ideas by a company. This was the mid 90s... and He was a great boss. The second time I directly answered to one, he was every bit of the negative stereotype of them. The Third was about 6 years ago now, and he was not a complete negative stereotype, but was not the greatest either.
Generally speaking I would avoid a company where most of executive management came from the sub continent.
Being a retired IT contractor in the Bay Area, I saw happening in 2003 and protested the H1b program. Indians who gained personnel management positions were known back then to promote fellow, inexperienced programmers over qualified Americans. This is thanks to the globalists behind the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. It’s part of The List of Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement left out of the 1987 one time amnesty.
The list goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population);
7) Set up an illegal aliens victim restitution fund.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport.
Also consider reciprocation of the laws of the countries of origin of the illegal aliens. For example, Mexico doesnt allow land ownership or voting to immigrants, and doesnt honor birthright citizenship like its citizens expect from the U.S. We should offer the same deal to them.
