Last week’s overwhelming rejection by the House of a motion to begin impeachment hearings against the president — 332-95 — didn’t faze Tennessee Democrat Steve Cohen or New York Democrat Jerry Nadler. On Friday, during an interview on CNN’s The Situation Room, Cohen unloaded his frustration over the vote: “There was just a smorgasbord of obstruction by Trump, whether asking staff to lie for him, whether asking staff to do deeds that were obstructive, and asking Mueller to resign, or asking [then-Attorney General Jeff] Sessions to unrecuse himself, dangling pardons before Manafort, dangling a pardon before Michael Cohen at one time.”
On Sunday, Nadler told Fox News Sunday that the president “violated the law six ways from Sunday,” adding “The president and the attorney general and others have spent the last few months systematically lying to the American people about what the investigation found. They’ve said it found no collusion, that it found no obstruction, that it exonerated the president. All three of those statements are absolute lies.”
They are betting all their remaining chips on Robert Mueller’s testimonies on Wednesday to give them what they want: a chance to pressure House Speaker Nancy Pelosi into bringing a motion to impeach back to the floor for another vote.

The Democrats admit the only reason to have Mueller testify is to increase their chances of impeaching President Trump.

If Muller strays outside the box of the material in the report, he risks serious legal repercussions. That is his statement of record for the ‘evidence’ (of which there is none).

If it’s all fun and dog ‘n pony show games then why do they bring criminal charges against Barr and others, and against anyone caught in a process perjury trap or in contempt of Congress?
Let’s see Republicans weigh in.....asking Mueller when exactly did he know there was no Russian collusion?
And if he knew early on, why did he continue?
Why did he go after Trump’s associates....which had NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with Russian collusion.
Did Mueller ever feel a twinge of conscience cashing those hefty govt checks?
The first Republican should ask all about preparation.
Since the Mueller Report has exonerated Trump, if Robert Mueller says anything contradictory to his report’s findings, he will leave himself open to a perjury indictment, and the Republican members of the Judiciary Committee will be able to win the day by focusing on his contradictions, thereby undermining his credibility before the country. So bring it on.
The real purpose of this is?? Just negative air time for Trump....cuz they have NOTHING.....and they have No Candidate either.

When Mueller is through testifying, the democrats will have nothing more than they have right now, and that is not enough to impeach Trump.
