Indeed they are far overrated, especially in a culture that does NOT demand good behavior from dogs.

Yes.Much safer to keep them locked up in the studio.

Dogs deserve a nice large fenced in back yard, a bowl of cool water, plenty of food and kids to play with and attentive adults. Another canine friend is a good idea.
Anything short of that is uncalled for.
