Brand spankin' new facility but squalid makes no sense. Uh huh, more likely nothing more than it's hot crossing the desert in summer so it isn't needed.

Brand spankin' new facility but squalid makes no sense.

And it only took one month for the brand spankin' new facility to BECOME "squalid".What does THAT tell us?

Same thing happens with brand spankin' new prisons, brand spankin' new schools in certain areas, and brand spankin' new housing projects.

re> Carrizo Springs costs an estimated $750 to $800 a day.

Could have them sent to Sandals Resorts for that.

Article says it was closed because it was no longer needed.

From the article....

....According to the Associated Press, the government facility will be empty of children by Thursday, according to Kevin Dinnin, the CEO of the nonprofit BCFS that was contracted to run the camp. Staff will leave by the end of the week.

It’s still unclear whether some of the trailers and supplies brought to the camp will remain on site so that it can be quickly re-opened if it’s needed in the future, AP News reported. But it’s extremely costly to keep the children there, so the facility was closed because it wasn’t needed, according to Dinnin.....

...Roughly 400 children were detained at Carrizo Springs in total. BCFS had a contract that could have run through January and paid $300 million but holding children at emergency facilities like Carrizo Springs costs an estimated $750 to $800 a day....

~~~~~~
Btw....BCFS stands for Baptist Child and Family Services.
This was the group who aided 0bama and his original migrant hordes, once they reaced TX.
Extensive research was done, at the time, here on FR on BCFS, Catholic Charities and other invader aiding groups.
They get paid MILLIONS of $$/year, compliments of OUR tax dollars. I see they have also expanded WORLD WIDE, now....money flowing in.
