In an unexpected move, free speech activist and Post Millennial columnist Lindsay Shepherd has been reinstated by Twitter.
Twitter first suspended Shepherd after she got into an argument with a notorious trans woman named Jessica Yaniv who has targeted the businesses of immigrant women who refused to wax her male genitals by lodging frivolous human rights complaints and allegedly sexually harassing multiple young girls.
As a result of calling Yaniv a ugly fat man, Twitter decided to permanently ban Shepherd. This deplatforming led to a series of events that eventually resulted in the world paying attention to the malicious activism of Yaniv. Later that same week, Yaniv had a publication ban on her name removed, and The Post Millennial was able to report on the various abuses Yaniv was (allegedly) responsible for: abuse of the British Columbia human rights tribunal system, abuse of immigrant women estheticians, and most disturbingly, abuse of young girls.
The Post Millennial reached out to Shepherd who said, I think this event shows the arbitrary nature of Twitters terms of service. If my account was reinstated after a permanent ban, then other decisions taken by the company could be just as subjective.
Shepherd pointed out in a tweet that feminist Meghan Murphy still remains banned for the same ideological crime of misgendering Yaniv. Perhaps Twitter will restore her next.
The story spread far and wide, receiving coverage and attention from prominent figures such as Tim Pool, Ben Shapiro, Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump Jr., Ricky Gervais, and Jordan Peterson. The story was covered by mainstream media outlets throughout the world.
Shepherd believes that the media attention and signal-boosting by celebrities helped to bring attention to the social media platforms unfair treatment of her: I believe the main reason I got my account back was because a lot of people, some with big platforms, spoke out and brought attention to this, so I thank them.
With egg on their faces after Yaniv's recent public behavior and the publishing of his past text messages indicating a strong predatory interest in young girls, Twitter realized they backed the wrong horse in banning Shepherd while allowing Yaniv to keep his account.
Today Twitter rectified the issue and lifted Shepherd's permanent suspension.
Good move on Twitter's behalf but they've still got a long ways to go.
Links and tweets at the source.

And how many people, under the radar, are shoved to the curb by twits ?
A lot and it's going to get worse as we ramp up to November's election.
The way I see it, Shepherd wasn't really banned for "misgendering" Yaniv. She was banned because she had become an outspoken darling of the alt-right and her Twitter reach was 80k and growing to include some noteworthy friends. They were looking for a reason to ban her and the Yaniv tweet provided them one.
And then when it turned out that Yaniv was such a disgusting vile reprobate pedophile, the optics for Twitter were horrible and only helping the cause of free speech that Shepherd fights for.
"Her male genitals"
And they call US science deniers.
Thats EXACLTY what we should be doing. They call us climate deniers then it comes to global warming. We should call them SCIENCE DENIERS when it comes to this kind of stuff
Yes, click on the Jessica Yaniv for the complete backstory.
We went from bake the cake, bigot to wax my balls, bigot really freaking fast.

LOL! Only in 'Merica.
Canada, but we’re headed the same direction.
Pass the "Equality Act" which President Trump said he would veto but you can bet the next Democrat president would sign and yes, it's here as well.
I’d say “ugly fat man” just about perfectly sums up this freak. Hopefully, once he’s arrested, tried, and convicted of his alleged “sexual harassment of young girls” she can add “Pedophile, Child Molester, Convicted Felon, and Belle of the Ball in a men’s penitentiary” to the list. If I was a father of one of those girls, “missing” might make the list as well.
I will wax his balls. Is it my fault that the thermostat on the wax heater failed and the wax was at about 250 degrees.
Mistakes happen.
Twitters terms of service are arbitrary because Leftist morality is arbitrary.
Good article on Twitter's "We ban whoever we want for whatever reason we want so don't expect consistency or fairness" TOS over here:
For Twitter bans, a 'lack of transparency' is a bigger issue than political bias, experts say
I can’t find her on Twitter.
