Why is so much money sent to the Elijah Cummings district when it is considered the worst run and most dangerous anywhere in the United States. No human being would want to live there. Cummings is valuable to people who wish to control the Black vote. These same people have control of our government finances and can direct where the money goes.
What they are doing to kids in those school districts is horrific.
