I didn’t know he had 2 islands. I didn’t know he was basically living there these last years, either. Wonder if he slowed down with his 2-4 “massages” a day any, in his old age.
He only owns most of Greater Saint James, a purchase he finalized last year, I believe. He owns maybe 80% of it.
On LSJ he owns it all, but legally can’t kick people off of the sand, right up to the high tide mark.
But if you approach via boat his security will make a great show of marching down to monitor you, generally giving all the strong idea they’re not so come ashore at all.
