I did an internet search of the phrase and nothing came up.
In my opinion ABC was trying to make Legan into a white supremacist without any evidence at all.
ABC is manufacturing a narrative that doesn't exist.
But they said it on air so thousands of people heard it, believe it, and will repeat it.
I just came on to FR to ask the same thing. I returned home from work to read all the white supremacist garbage then see the shooter was half Iranian who hates whites. I’m confused at this point.

I don't think so. As a California resident it would be illegal for him to buy or posses an “assault-type” rifle in California. Therefore it is against Federal law to buy the rifle out of state and bring it back to Cali. If he bought it from a dealer, that dealer is in a world of hurt, if he bought it from a third party, it's still illegal, and the seller will have some ‘splain’ to do.

FWIW. Ties in with a massive media coverage in Canada. Two youths, 18 years and 19 years of age were leaving British Columbia to seek work in Yellow Knife,Yukon Territory. Along the way an Australian citizen and his American girlfriend were murdered. This in remote Manitoba. Then a business man from Vancouver was found dead on the highway.
The police have issued warrants for the two youths. The biggest manhunt in Canadian history. Been on the loose for nearly two weeks. The media did their digging. One of the youths seemed to admire Nazis. He had a large swastika in his belongings at his house.
The media had an orgasm. Strangely enough the average Canadian did not seem to buy their implication. They have a rifle. Hundreds of armed Mounties and even troops have been deployed at Gillam and then York Landing, Manitoba. Tiny communities. Perhaps the press have cried "wolf" one time too many.

Called “…one of the most incendiary works ever to be published anywhere,” by a noted anarchist, Legan quoted from the book in a post accompanied by a Smokey the Bear sign about fire danger. He wrote: “Read Might Is Right by Ragnar Redbeard. Why overcrowd towns and pave more open space to make room for hordes of mestizos and Silicon Valley white twats?” According to the book Modern Satanism: Anatomy of a Subculture, the book was authored under a pseudonym. It is purported to expand on Friedrich Nietzsche’s “theories of master–slave morality and herd mentality …” The book is described as being akin to Social Darwinism and includes misogynistic and racist principles “claiming that the woman and the family as a whole is the property of the man and proclaiming the innate superiority of the Anglo-Saxon race. The book also contains many strong anti-Semitic statements.”
It appears likely that Legan was doing a drug of some kind.
