FBI agents went to James Comey's residence and retrieved a secret, previously unreported memo he drafted the night before the agents arrived, well after he was fired as FBI Director, according to bureau documents released Wednesday in response to a Freedom of Information Act request by the transparency group Judicial Watch.
Additionally, Comey told agents "spontaneously" that, to "the best of his recollection, two [memos] were missing," according to the documents. A source familiar with the probe has confirmed to Fox News that the DOJ Inspector General's office is reviewing whether Comey's memos improperly contained classified information, among other matters.

Comey PERSONALLY classified all his memos.
And......... indictments on the slate for the 12th of never.
Come on...let’s have the first leak!
He thinks two are missing? How can that be. He did them on his computer...and it had to be an FBI computer linked to a major collector.
Secret memo said:
If you can read this learn that my enemies end up looking up from the bottom of the East river. If they’re lucky.
So when can we expect the 5am swat team arrest with CNN camera’s in tow?
His computer was a Radio Shack Tandy and the cassette often has distorted data loading problems from stretched tape.
"..."I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday night, because it didn't dawn on me originally, that there might be corroboration for our conversations, might be a tape, my judgement was that I needed to get that out into the public square and so I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter. I didn't do it myself for a variety of reasons, but asked him to, because I thought that it might prompt the appointment of a Special Counsel. I asked a close friend of mine to do that..."
The rat. The stinking, filthy verminous, rat.
Yeah. He didn't "do it himself" for OBVIOUS reasons, but the cravenly scumbag thought it was fine to ASK someone else to do it.
In a country with real law that was meaningful, he would do prison time or even more severe punishment. But he won't.
I’m beginning to think all these stories are being put out by deep state just to toy with us. They’re rubbing our noses in the fact that there’s not one thing anyone can do about all this.
Yeah, these stupid articles are written like this would have happened 30 or 40 years ago. Back then, the author would have either hand-written or type-written a memo with, at best, a single carbon copy. Then you would have a situation where “a memo is missing.”
Today there is no such thing. It’s all bytes on a hard disk drive (or SSD) on the computer, on a backup thumb drive, on a home server doing backup duty, or, most likely, on a backup in the cloud. He may not even store any information locally and put it all in the cloud.
It’s just staggeringly dumb to report that “a memo is missing” in 2019.
This sounds odd. If it was written the night before, how did the agents know to come and get it? Doesn't an operation like that take more than a few hours to plan and execute?
I would be more suspicious that Comey was tipped off and wrote a substitute "memo" while erasing the data which initiated the raid.
If you really wanna know how far back his crimes go. Find his stash of floppy disks.
Since he was the one who prepared them, and was the last one to have possession of them, he's responsible for whatever happened to them. He obviously removed them to his home, which means he was in possession of official FBI documents when he was no longer an official government employee. I'm sure he shared ALL those memos with Mueller when he met with him prior to testifying to Congress on June 7, 2017.

Even though the East River is deeper there are so many bodies stacked up down there already they'll be showing on top soon. The Potomac makes more sense. And FBI guy would know that. You're right.
Meanwhile, the pearl-clutching panty wadders on FR were all in a tizzy a couple of hours ago because someone said Comey would walk.
Let’s try this: Sit back, shut up, and wait and see what happens. How about we try that.
