I certainly agree that no one should be locked up or thrown off buildings for being homosexual. But that is only a piece of the agenda being promoted.

I haven't seen an agenda of the administration's proposal. I also agree that people should not be killed or imprisoned for homosexuality, and as far as I know, that's all the administration is talking about.

Throwing them off buildings would be unconstitutional.

That said, same-sex attraction disorder is as treatable as it is dangerous. Certainly society has a right to protect its members from those who suffer from SSAD, and I would argue that this extends to mandatory treatment.

Stop acquiescing to the language of the left. No one “be’s” homosexual. It’s not a state of being that is being criminalized. Only ACTIONS can be made illegal. Homosexuals were completely free from arrest in this country in the past as long as they abstained from homosexual conduct, at least in public view. That is a standard we need to see re-imposed. “Gay marriage” would certainly be an untenable possibility if it were.
