In the El Paso shootings wake, evident is same wash-rinse-repeat pattern. There are the inevitable calls for gun control by demagogues concerned only about people control, those who put the onus on whites when most mass shooters are non-white, and propagandists who blame the Right when most violence originates with the Left. Its quite tiresome, really. In truth, the main underlying cause of increased mass-murder events -- and so much evil in general -- is a severe philosophical/spiritual malaise besetting our nation.
Were gun control the remedy here, mass shootings would be rare. Not only were there fewer firearm laws many decades ago, but in 1940s and 50s New York City, boys would often take guns on the subway because they had rifle clubs at school. So is access to firearms really the problems root cause?
As for the El Paso shooters motivation -- our immigrationism combined with left-wing environmental concerns -- there are people who will do evil in a causes name regardless of its nobility or ignobility. The real question here is, boiled down: Why are we seeing so much more evil in America now than in bygone days?
Many people find it ironic that the El Paso shooters father is a mental-health therapist. I find it unsurprising. I used to work with children, and social scientists often had horribly behaved kids (in fact, a psychologists young son was involved in the theft of $300 at the business where I worked).

When I was a teenager (14 yo) 1960 I took my Winchester 22LR bolt action rifle to school Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays we had gun safety and Thursdays we had marksmanship. We had to carry our guns to classes, because they didn’t want them stored in our lockers in case of theft. And nobody ever got hurt.
Please read my post #20.
Some one may want to turn this into a thread.
I have to run to a meeting.
Imho, if you let G-d back in school things will change for the better. Quickly.

Take the medical licenses of theose who certify a nut case to be safe and not a threat. Simple fix: stop letting them out to kill good people.
Have you noticed how they interview these murderers girlfriends after these incidents?
Thats right.
No girlfriends.
That is the entirely crux of the matter.
John Adams Quotes
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
Amen. and amen.
Actually it is worse than that. Shooter’s dad had a 40 year drug habit and is now an “energy healer”.
...and by moral and religious, he meant?
The common denominator in virtually all of these shootings is SSRI anti depressants which are known to produce suicide and homacidal thoughts.

My kid would never do anything like that, ever hear those words?.
Satan fears to tread when God is near.
Kick God out of the school and Satan strolls right in.
Another factor, IMO, is the restrictions feminist society has put on boys who expect to grow in to men. Boys dont respond to teaching the same way girls do, but because of feminist educators making the rules to solely favor girls, they are harming boys. They arent allowed to play games that develop leadership and other values normal men have developed over time. Their natural instincts suppressed, often with drugs, what are these kids to do but develop other avenues to release their energy? Bring back faggot-free scouting, boys clubs, let them run and play and develop in a normal way and maybe theyll turn out to be normal guys and not basement dwelling manifesto writing murdering weirdos.
Whoa ...nail on the head!! Add that to the broken families and we’ve got some warped kids and even older adults now who have come of age through all the last 40-50 years of this nonsense.
Since the US government declared war on God in 1962, Satan has filled the void with riots, assassinations, mass murder, abortions, drug epidemics, broken families, endless crime, pornography, and all the rest. If we want to blame someone, blame ourselves.

He went to one and within a few sessions, he called us to say we were the worst and he did not want to talk to us till he figured things out, how to undo all the harm we did to him, according to his Psychiatrist. His shrink recommended reading Niche.
That was 2 years and 2 months ago, no Thanksgiving, no Christmas or calls to us or his older brother who has children. I sent him this article.
