It sounds too much like the unconstitutional FISA court nonsense. If a person is too dangerous to have a gun then they are too dangerous to remain free. If you are to deny someone’s God given rights the a trial by jury must be required with no plea bargains allowed and those found to be too dangerous must be institutionalized for treatment and public safety.
To do otherwise is an abuse of our natural, God-given rights and freedoms.
