In my case against the NYT, the appellate court reversed the trial judge, vacated the judgment, and remanded it to proceed into discovery. This is great! It has taken a while, but we finally see some justice here. Special thanks to my attorneys who are stand-up, good people who won’t settle for anything but justice for the people. “This is—and has always been—a case about media accountability,” attorneys Kenneth Turkel and Elizabeth Locke said. “We look forward to starting discovery and ultimately proceeding to trial.” Media sure rubbed it in when it looked like my suit would go nowhere, but by the grace of God, great attorneys, and a right cause, we march on.
