President Trump and the the White House blasted Ohio Democrats for lying about President Trump’s visit to Dayton, Ohio Wednesday, posting photos by senior administration official Dan Scavino Jr. showing President Trump being given a “rock star” reception by medical staff at Miami Valley Hospital where he visited survivors of last weekend’s deadly mass shooting in Dayton. First Lady Melania Trump accompanied the President. The First Couple traveled to El Paso, Texas after Dayton to pay their respects to the victims of the other deadly mass shooting last weekend.

Didn’t see what the Mayor said but I have a little issue with Trump’s staff using the term “rock star” in this context. The seriousness of the visit I probably would have said something along the lines of “gracious and warm reception, etc...” and included a few pics. “Rock star” just gives an odor of campaigning while at the same time blasting the Dems for politicizing the tragedy. JMHO...
