I’m not sure how he’d do it. The senate should stop any bill.
An EO would be extremely broad to do this and probably overturned by USSC.
Also the only EO to rival it would be Reagan’s machine gun ban, his worst move by far.
That wasn’t an EO, that was stuffed into the otherwise-good Firearm Owners Protection Act as a last-minute attempt to derail the bill.
