The vast amount of civil servants - notably within the judicial industrial complex - are leftists. That means that the people who will be judging whether you and I are a threat to the community are the same people who want to kill us.

I thought all they could do is encourage States to adopt them. Enhanced background checks is a big no with me. I’m contacting my senators to vote no on both.

Are you joking? The entire purpose of the red flag law is incremental confiscation. They will create the appearance of due process to fool the stupid people. Then, another shooting. Time to beef up the red flag law and expedite the process.
