The question is, how would background checks stop killer Democrats?

As I posted yesterday, red flag laws:

Catch 22:
You can’t own a gun if you’re crazy.
You must be crazy if you own a gun.

That’s how it will go, eventually. Trump better not support red flag laws. He already shot himself in the foot with the bump stock ban.

Political Cover is NOT the kind of cover you dirt-rats are going to need.

There is no gun show loophole.

What they are after is outlawing private sales.

That is a de facto registry.

Registration is necessary for confiscation.

He is the best we are ever going to get open the 2A.

That's a damning indictment of Americans in general and of our political class in particular.

I love Trump too but he is not a true gun guy. I don’t think he understands that a universal background check is unenforceable without a national gun Registry which is what the left is really angling for.

I also don’t get why he doesn’t see the dangers of red flag laws.

Keep pushing back on ALL POLTICIANS and lets see what happens. Trump may be just “maneuvering” until this topic becomes “old news”. The press is very ‘Look Squirrel!”. Something else will come along and push it to the back.

Wish Trump were in communication with better gun advocates.

JUST ONCE, I'd like to read "Trump had phone call with GOA's Pratt [fill in your favorite] in wake of massacres"

Give some of the others who are also fighting the good fight a little air time.

Fixing the NICS system such that the military and all states’ databases are included is fine. The NRA has endorsed that for years.

Universal background checks and expanded red flag laws are suicide for Republicans. A lot of us will sit out the next election if the Republicans cave on these two issues.

The universal background check is not possible. Party A selling to Party B isn’t a traceable transaction.

It is if one of the parties is an undercover cop or federal agent.

And many of them will be.

Simple question:

If La Pierre is dirty with the money...

What are the odds he’s dirty in other (blackmailable) ways...

?

Red flag laws eviscerate the 2nd, 1st, 4th and 5th amendments.

Even having a political sign for a conservative in your yard will get you red flag called in by your lib neighbor.

Loading up your coiffed/dressed kiddos for Church on Sunday morning will be threatening to the tranny down the block.

It will never end.

Given who runs the alphabet agencies, and doesn’t change out with elections, it won’t matter WHO is president if these laws are passed. You will be adjudicated by career government employees who are uniformly liberal in their leanings.

If these laws are passed do you think it won’t become literally dangerous to even voice support for a conservative presidential candidate? Much less donate to one?

If these pass, Trump will be the last Republican president. It will simply be too personally dangerous to even have a sign in your yard.

Or Post on a political website.

Or Donate to a pro life candidate.

Or Possibly even regularly attend a conservative evangelical church. Can’t you see some wackjob driving through the parking lot writing down license plate numbers to ‘report’?

Not even just a cop or agent. Could be your neighbor has a drug rap hanging over his kids head...and doing it for leniency in the kiddos sentencing.

Bull fertilizer, the “due process occurs after the fact NOT before confiscation occurs. The penalty precedes being found guilty of anything. You are assumed guilty of mental illness until you prove otherwise.

“Due Process” will require lawyers and doctors at your cost to prove you are not going to at some future date commit a crime with a weapon or commit suicide.

[DJT was a Concealed Carry in NYC!! He’s not weak on the 2nd, but two mass killings in the same day rocked him!]

That’s more concealed carry for me, but not for thee. Dianne Feinstein’s the same way with regard to the 2nd Amendment. The philosophical stance here is that the hoi polloi can’t be trusted with guns.

It appears that many here support letting the lunatics run the asylum. Letting mass murderers set National Policy seems like a really bad idea.
