Next the gun grabbers will go after chef, Gordon Ramsay, for inspiring these knife killers with his knife skills.

An assault knife. Is that any knife with a black handle?

“Guy Unleashed Evil”???

No. Guy was Evil Unleashed. The government letting a known danger to society out of prison; They unleashed him.

"According to Garden Grove cops, the Hispanic gang member who stabbed and slashed 4 people to death, in California was a thug with a history of violence who should never have been freed, and was only set loose due to Assembly Bill 109.

Also known as the The Public Safety Realignment Act"

This wasn't Trump's bill - this was strictly a California screw up but I've read of violent felons getting out on Trump's sentence reduction deal ---

This was California refusing to build more prison space and sending felons to county jails that likely had their own overcrowding problems. As you note The Public Safety Realignment Act courtesy of the liberal side of SCOTUS in Brown v. Plata.

The "funny" thing is lots of criminals go to state prison for offenses that have been plead down from much more serious crimes so "non-violent" offenders may not have been exactly that when transferred out of CA state prisons.

Bet this was one of them.
