this is one of jerry browns gifts to the people of california. They don’t want to build more prisons so they release people who should be in prison and they hide past crimes from judges to lessen sentences.
We have gone from 3 strikes with a minimum of 25 years for third felony to early releases for violent gang members with psych problems.
