I honestly think they should be actionable.
Nobody should be able to attempt to destroy the reputation of anyone with massive lies without repercussions.
Reparations are racist. Anyone favoring reparations is a racist. Keep throwing that in their face over and over. You don’t even have to tell them why they are racist, just say it.
