I read the few rounds of .32 & .45 found but not any guns. Thought that would be made a big deal of not something to assume from the rest of the article.

Would a few wayward rounds get someone hemmed up if they’re a felon?

I doubt a felon would make such a mistake. More likely it is a case of another perp with the same name....a circumstance not exactly unknown to happen.
