All these shooters are initially reported to be wearing “body armor” or a “bullet proof vest”, but in the end, they are all wearing tactical vests that offer zero protection. They look pretty tacticool, with lots of pockets, pouches and velcro, but no kevlar or plates.

This law will not prevent a single shooting.

Completely ignoring the fact that in the most notorious case of criminals using body armor since Ned Kelly, the 1997 Hollywood Shoot-Out, the perps wore home-made armor from the tops of their heads down to their ankles.

Funny thing is that Damned near Everybody I tried to Inform this was the Overall Plan back in the late 80’s early 90’s blew Me off saying that I was crazy, wrong, looney or whatever.
