The only way you are going to get that is term limit them out! Because nobody thinks their particular congress-senator critter is that bad.

I like to tell people that EVERYONE agrees

ALL teachers/lawyers/politicians are a bunch of charlatans, gypsies, tramps and thieves (I apologize for offending those groups) and should ALL be voted out, with the typical response being
“Damn Right!! Get rid of them all..
EXCEPT my guy, he is an exception and all should be like him/)”

AND, months later with ALL having basically the same explanation, ALL stand around playing switch with their thumb and wonder why this same group of thieves is still in office....
