This is one area where I could have my arm twisted into supporting civil asset forfeiture, if it can be established that a business owner has a demonstrated patter of knowingly hiring illegals, or failing to comply with specific simple, easily verifiable measures to screen his employees for eligibility.
Normally I am against civil asset forfeiture too, but 243 illegal alien employee’s is NOT a Mistake, it is a Conspiracy to:
Commit Tax Fraud
Bank Fraud
Wire Fraud
Money Laundering
Identity Theft
sounds like a LIFE Sentence to me as well.
